A Catholic Fitness Coach helps men and women integrate faith and fitness so their health supports their vocation — not competes with it.
Too often, health is treated as either vanity-driven or completely separate from faith. But as Catholics, we believe the body is a gift from God. It is not an accident. It is not disposable. It is a temple of the Holy Spirit.
As a Catholic Fitness Coach, I help you approach fitness through the lens of stewardship, discipline, and purpose.
That means:
• Strength training to build a resilient body that can serve your family and community
• Strategic nutrition and fasting rooted in self-mastery, not restriction
• Accountability that builds virtue through consistency
• Mindset coaching anchored in your identity as a beloved son or daughter of God
This is not about chasing abs or obsessing over the scale.
It is about becoming stronger so you can live your calling with energy, clarity, and confidence.
It is about building habits that honor God in how you move, how you eat, how you rest, and how you show up each day.
Accountability in this program is not about guilt. It is about growth. Discipline is not punishment — it is freedom. When your daily choices align with your values, momentum builds. And when momentum builds, transformation follows.
Through strength training, smart nutrition, structured fasting, and personalized coaching, we work together to build a healthier temple — physically and spiritually.
Because your health is not separate from your faith.
It is part of how you live it.
As a Catholic Fitness Coach I believe Faith and fitness are not separate
They are connected.
In 1 Corinthians 6:19–20, St. Paul reminds us:
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.”
That changes everything.
Your body is not just something to manage.
It is something entrusted to you.
And stewardship requires intention.
Discipline Is a Virtue
In Catholic teaching, discipline is not punishment — it is formation.
Self-control is a fruit of the Spirit.
Temperance is a virtue.
Consistency builds character.
When you wake up early to train, choose protein over processed food, or go for a walk instead of scrolling your phone, you are practicing more than fitness.
You are practicing virtue.
And virtue builds freedom.
Gluttony vs. Self-Mastery
Many Catholics struggle not because they lack knowledge — but because they lack structure and accountability.
Gluttony is not just about overeating.
It is about disordered attachment.
Food becomes comfort.
Stress relief.
Escape.
But through structure, fasting, strength training, and accountability, we begin to reclaim self-mastery.
Food becomes fuel.
Movement becomes medicine.
Discipline becomes freedom.
Stronger Body. Stronger Vocation.
When your energy is low, everything suffers.
Your patience with your kids.
Your focus at work.
Your desire to serve.
Your leadership at home.
But when your health improves:
• You have energy to engage your family after work
• You show up mentally sharp and physically strong
• You feel confident leading spiritually
• You have endurance for the calling God has placed on your life
Fitness is not vanity.
It is preparation.
Energy for Your Calling
Your vocation requires strength.
Whether you are a husband, wife, business leader, parent, or servant in your parish — your body affects your mission.
Taking care of your health is not selfish.
It allows you to serve longer.
Love deeper.
Lead better.
Live fully.
Faith matters in fitness because your body is part of your discipleship.
And when your physical habits align with your spiritual values, transformation becomes sustainable.
Catholic Fitness Coach
Who This Is For
This is not just a weight loss program.
This is for Catholics who are ready to take ownership of their health — physically and spiritually.
This Program Is For Catholics Who:
Want to look and feel 10 years younger.
You may be over 40. You may feel your metabolism slowing down. Your recovery isn’t what it used to be. Energy dips mid-afternoon. Sleep isn’t great.
You don’t want to just weigh less — you want to feel strong, sharp, and resilient again.
Want to lose 10–30+ pounds — the right way.
Not through extreme dieting. Not through endless cardio. Not through temporary motivation.
But through strength training, strategic nutrition, structured fasting, and consistent accountability.
Are tired of starting over.
You’ve tried programs. Diets. Apps. Challenges.
You’ve had success… then life happened.
And you found yourself right back where you started.
You don’t need more information.
You need structure.
Want a clear, step-by-step system ... not confusion.
Too much information is paralyzing.
One guru says cut carbs.
Another says eat six times per day.
Another says skip strength training.
This program gives you a simple, repeatable framework built on four pillars:
Mindset.
Nutrition.
Fitness.
Accountability.
No guessing.
No overwhelm.
Just “Follow the Darn Instructions.”
Believe their body is a gift from God.
You don’t see your health as vanity.
You see it as stewardship.
You want the energy to:
• Lead your family well
• Serve in your parish
• Excel in your work
• Be present with your spouse
• Play with your kids or grandkids
You understand that your physical health affects your spiritual life.
And you’re ready to align them.
Are ready to focus on choices .. not just results.
If you focus only on results, you’ll constantly feel behind.
If you focus on daily choices, results always follow.
You are ready to build habits that last 12 weeks… 12 months… and beyond.

The 4 Pillars of Catholic Fitness Coaching
As a Catholic Fitness Coach, I don’t believe in random workouts or trendy diet plans.
Transformation happens when your mind, body, and spirit work together.
That’s why the Transformed Temple Coaching Program is built on four pillars ... customized for Catholics who want to honor God with their health.
These pillars create structure, discipline, and lasting results.
Pillar 1: Mindset Anchored in Faith
Every lasting transformation begins with identity.
Identity drives behavior.
If you see yourself as tired, stuck, and “just getting older,” your choices will reflect that.
But if you see yourself as a son or daughter of God .... entrusted with a body that is a temple of the Holy Spirit ... your daily choices begin to change.
As your Catholic fitness coach, we begin here:
• You are not your past attempts
• You are not your current weight
• You are not your failures
You are a child of God.
And your body is not random .. it is entrusted to you.
Through faith-centered mindset coaching, daily encouragement, and clarity around your “So That” reasons, we shift your thinking from temporary motivation to disciplined action.
Because when your identity aligns with your faith, discipline becomes natural.
Pillar 2: Nutrition With Discipline
Nutrition is not about punishment.
It is about stewardship and self-mastery.
As Catholics, we understand fasting. We understand sacrifice. We understand discipline.
But most people either:
• Go to extremes
• Follow random diets
• Or quit when it gets hard
As a Catholic Fitness Coach, I teach strategic fasting and fueling ... not starvation and restriction.
This includes:
• Strategic intermittent fasting when appropriate
• Protein-first meals to preserve lean muscle
• Simple, repeatable meal structures
• Blood sugar stability
• No extreme dieting
Food is not the enemy.
Disordered attachment is.
Through structured nutrition and coaching accountability, we move from gluttony and impulsive eating to self-mastery and clarity.
You don’t need another diet.
You need a sustainable system.
Pillar 3: Strength & Movement for Longevity
Movement is medicine.
But random movement is not a plan.
As part of Catholic fitness coaching, we focus on building strength that serves your vocation — not just aesthetics.
That means:
• Resistance training 3 times per week
• Short, effective 20–35 minute workouts
• Mobility work to prevent injury
• Walking and daily movement
• Longevity-focused training
This is not about chasing exhaustion.
It is about building a resilient body that:
• Supports your family
• Strengthens your leadership
• Improves recovery and sleep
• Lowers biological age markers
Strength training is one of the most powerful anti-aging tools available.
And you do not need a gym to do it.
You need structure and consistency.
Pillar 4: Accountability - You Are Not Alone
This is where most people fail.
Not because they lack knowledge.
But because they lack support.
As your Catholic fitness coach, you are not doing this alone.
You receive:
• Daily check-ins
• Coaching support inside our app
• Weekly accountability
• Adjustments when life happens
• Clear expectations
• Real progress tracking
Accountability is not about guilt.
It is about partnership.
It is having a cornerman in your corner when motivation dips.
It is having someone who reminds you of your identity when you forget it.
It is knowing that consistency — not perfection — produces transformation.
When the 4 Pillars Work Together
Mindset builds discipline.
Nutrition fuels the body.
Strength training builds resilience.
Accountability sustains momentum.
Together, these four pillars create lasting transformation for Catholics over 40 who want to:
• Look and Feel 10 years younger
• Lose 10–30+ pounds
• Build lean muscle
• Increase energy
• Live their vocation fully
This is Catholic fitness coaching done intentionally.
Not vanity-driven.
Not extreme.
Not temporary.
But structured, disciplined, and sustainable.

About Coach Brad – Catholic Fitness Coach, Husband, Father of 7
I’m not just a fitness coach.
I’m a Catholic husband and father of seven who believes that how we care for our bodies directly impacts how we live our vocation.
My wife and I attend St. Ann Catholic Parish in Coppell, Texas, and our faith is at the center of everything we do — including how I coach.
As a Catholic Fitness Coach, my mission is simple:
Help men and women honor God by taking care of the body He entrusted to them.
Coaching Since 1998
I began coaching in 1998 after earning my degree in Health and Kinesiology, followed by my Master’s degree and Certified Personal Trainer credentials.
What started as a passion for strength and performance grew into something much deeper.
Over the last 28+ years, I’ve helped more than 5,000 people transform their health — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
In 2006, I founded Get You In Shape www.GetYouInShape.com , which has grown into a nationally recognized coaching company serving clients both in person and online.
Our programs have been featured on national media outlets and highlighted as one of the top fitness programs in Texas.
But none of that matters as much as this:
The lives changed.
The families strengthened.
The energy restored.
Why I Became a Catholic Fitness Coach
After decades of coaching, I noticed something.
Many people were losing weight… but still struggling internally.
They lacked purpose behind their discipline.
They lacked structure rooted in something bigger than appearance.
They lacked accountability tied to their identity.
As a Catholic man, I realized that fitness should not be separated from faith.
Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit.
Stewardship is not optional.
Discipline is not punishment.
Strength is not vanity.
It is preparation.
Preparation to serve.
Preparation to lead.
Preparation to love well.
That realization led me to intentionally develop Catholic fitness coaching — helping Catholics integrate mind, body, and spirit through structure, accountability, and proven systems.
Husband. Father. Coach.
Being a husband and father of seven has shaped how I coach more than any certification ever could.
I understand:
• Busy schedules
• Family demands
• Work pressure
• Fatigue
• The challenge of balancing everything
I also understand the responsibility of leadership.
As men and women of faith, our health affects how we show up for our spouse, our children, our parish, and our work.
When your energy is low, everything suffers.
When your health improves, everything elevates.
That is why I do what I do.
More Than Weight Loss
As your Catholic Fitness Coach, I’m not just helping you lose 10–30+ pounds.
I’m helping you:
• Build discipline rooted in virtue
• Develop self-mastery around food
• Increase strength and resilience
• Lower biological age markers
• Restore energy
• Align your physical habits with your spiritual beliefs
This is about building a strong body so you can fully live the mission God has placed on your life.
My Commitment to You
For over two decades, I’ve seen one thing prove true again and again:
A simple plan + accountability = transformation.
But when that plan is rooted in faith and identity?
The change lasts.
If you’re looking for a Catholic Fitness Coach who understands both high-level fitness strategy and the importance of vocation, stewardship, and faith-driven discipline — you’re in the right place.
How It Works: A Simple 3-Step Path to Transformation
You do not need another complicated program.

This is not a sales pitch.
It’s a clarity call.

• Discuss your current health and fitness challenges
• Identify what has not been working
• Clarify your goals for the next 12 weeks
• Define your deeper “So That” — your real WHY
• Determine if this is a good fit on both sides
We talk about your energy levels, your schedule, your past attempts, and what you truly want your health to look like 12 months from now.
If we both feel aligned, we move forward.
If not, you still walk away with clarity.
No pressure. Just honesty.
Step 2: Get Your Personalized Faith-Based Plan
